Zucchini etoufée from the deli at 4646 Poplar in Memphis, TN. It’s the building at Poplar and Perkins that literally says POPLAR PERKINS on top. According to Brian, who sent in this photo, the food’s pretty good. I’m intrigued by the Muffy and the Italian sub but unfortunately I’m never out that way between 9 and 3.
