One of my many brilliant potential ideas is a restaurant that consists only of a salad bar. I’m not sure whether I’d charge a flat rate or by weight, but I think it’d be perfect for those days you’re in a hurry or in a bad mood and don’t want to be bothered. 

For now, though, there’s Whole Foods. 

Organic arugula, sliced turkey, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, chipotle cheddar dressing and sunflower seeds.
