I tried to be a tough guy and order my wings extra-hot at Ching’s, instead of just “hot.”
Dear lord, if this is what they call extra-hot I don’t even want to know what the “suicide” flavor is like.
The sauce’s red color is fitting, because the heat made me feel like my insides were bleeding.
Wear waterproof mascara if you plan on ordering these, because they will make you cry, sweat and cough.
But they tasted pretty good, all things considered. That’s the beauty of Ching’s.
Lemon pepper and hot wings (with Fanta and fries) from Rick Ross’s new Wing Stop in Memphis.

I know I’ve posted my beloved 5-piece honey hot from Ching’s before.
But this…this is the combo. The seasoning on the fries, if I’m not mistaken, is the same stuff they put on the seasoned wings. Both are omg good. Not pictured: the G Street Punch, aka red drink.
Ching’s again, this time the Honey Hot.
